Doors & Architectural Woodwork
Solid hardwood, carved in our workshop, not imported, resold and hoped for the best.
A Door Is the First Thing Anyone Touches
Hollow doors announce themselves the moment somebody pushes one. Ours are solid hardwood, hung in timber frames we make to match, with the carving cut into the panel rather than pressed onto it.
We make the door, the frame, the architrave and the transom as one set, which is why they fit first time on site.
- Solid hardwood construction throughout
- Frames and architraves made to match each door
- Hung and adjusted on site by our own fitters

Frequently Asked
Are your doors solid or hollow?
Solid hardwood. This is the main difference between our doors and most of what is sold ready-made in Dar es Salaam, and it is why ours feel and sound different.
Do you supply frames and ironmongery too?
Yes. We make the frame and architrave to match each door and can supply and fit handles, hinges and locks, or fit ironmongery you supply.
Can you copy a carved design?
In most cases yes. Send a photograph and we will tell you whether it can be cut in the timber you want and what it would cost.
How long does a set of doors take?
A typical house set takes a few weeks depending on quantity, carving detail and finish. We confirm a date with the quote.

Tell us how many openings you have and their sizes, and we will price the set.
