Our Work
Projects photographed as they were built and as they were handed over.
Sokoine University of Agriculture, Morogoro
Simba Umeme Engineering is carrying out the hardwood package on two SUA developments: a new hostel block, and a new academic building at the Solomon Mahlangu Campus.
It is the kind of contract that shows what the workshop is built for: hundreds of matching door frames and shutters, produced to one specification, delivered to programme and installed on site by our own fitters, with written progress reported to the consultant every week.
- Hardwood door frames, manufactured and installed
- Door shutters prepared, hung and finished
- Glazing to doors and screens
- Fitted wardrobes and reading tables for student rooms
- Weekly written progress reporting to the supervising consultant
Walls Built Plank by Plank
Hexagon, chevron, slatted, blocked and fluted patterns, each set out against the room it was built for, with the lighting concealed inside the timber.
Carved in Solid Hardwood
Doors, frames, transoms and geometric fretwork screens, cut and finished in our own workshop and hung by our own fitters.
Whole Rooms, Start to Finish
Complete venue projects: feature walls, clad columns, floor inlays, doors and the furniture on the floor, all delivered by one team.
Made for the Space It Stands In
Bars, counters, tables and fitted units built to measure, plus banquet furniture supplied and set out at volume.
How It Gets to You
Our own workshop, our own transport and our own installation crew, from cutting the timber to carrying it through the door.
